No Matter how much you prepare, practice and rehearse, one thing is certain; when you first try something new, you may experience failures. You have to tell yourself, “I am going to make it, no matter what it takes. I will become a “Listing Specialist” !
This course provides practical listing techniques to list more easily. By following the suggestions in this course, you will accelerate yourself to a “Listing Specialist”!
Objectives:
- Become a knowledgeable “Listing Specialist” in order to do more for the customer
- Provide the information a seller needs to make a responsible decision
This course is approved for 3HRS of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we cannot issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. In order to receive credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class.
