In order to receive credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class. Sign-in and Sign-out is required for this class to receive full credit.On the list of chief things to be articulate about as a Realtor®, mortgage loans hang out fairly close to the top! Reflecting new guidelines this course reacquaints Realtors® with the intricacies of the Federal Housing Administration Lending Policy and Practice, including the four programs of the National Housing Act most used by today’s consumers.
Any Realtor® who finds themselves unsure about the details regarding the various types of FHA loans should enroll in this course and be able to cross one more
important ‘to-do’ item off that list!
