(H) Step It Up – A Guide for Brokers – 4 CE – HYBRID – CANCELLED

Early payment membership dues credits can be applied to this class if dues were paid prior to June 8th, 2021.

This course is approved for 4 HRS of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we can not issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. In order to receive credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class.  Sign-in and Sign-out is required for this class to receive full credit.


Wouldn’t it be great if you could imagine a brokerage where associates are calling you and asking to come work for you, instead of you having to spend countless hours recruiting? Brokerages face bigger challenges than ever. With commission splits shrinking, managing expenses, offering the latest and greatest technology and so many more challenges it can be hard to keep a profitable company going. Implementing the objectives of this course are sure to enhance your business.

Objectives
After taking this class students will be able to:
•Identify Unique Value Proposition and ways to implement and utilize it
•Determine what your company’s culture is
•Identify the difference between Policy Manuals and Procedures and the importance of having both
•Know the importance of handling decisions for the company’s associates
•Identify ways the company’s associates can stay safe during day to day interactions
•Differentiate the various types of insurance, how they offer protection, and why a brokerage would need them
•Commit to ways the company can improve customer service experience
•Understand how the public views teams, how teams’ function and how they can affect the company’s culture
•Know the team advertising rules in Administrative Code 61J2


Zoom participants: Registration via the ZOOM link is REQUIRED to reserve your place and join the training session. Computer/Laptop/Tablet with internet access and audio is REQUIRED. 

After registering for the meeting, you will receive a confirmation, click on the zoom link provided.  Follow the instructions containing the Zoom meeting instructions; CLICK “ADD TO CALENDAR” to reserve the time in your personal calendar and save the join instructions.  

Saving the reservation to your calendar will provide an automated reminder about the session as well as the instructions to Join the session with the time comes. 

When it’s time to join the meeting, simply follow the prompts in your ZOOM calendar reservation. From your Computer/Laptop/Tablet, click the URL/link to join the event. Make sure your volume is turned up so you can hear the instructors when they start the session.
