Throughout the pandemic, one market in Asia has stood as tall as its buildings: Dubai. With over $82 billion dollars of real estate transactions registered in 2021, the Emirate of Dubai has welcomed visitors and new residents alike since ‘reopening’ in mid-2020 and has not looked back. Dubai is open for business and is an inviting real estate market to global businesses, commercial practitioners, investors, and more.

Our Commercial Global Marketplace series will continue on a quarterly basis to foster out of state and international transactions through actively connecting with other Realtor Associations across the country and world, including New York, Chicago, Paris, San Juan, Sna Francisco, and others.
