Zoom Presentation: CAMERA must be on!! If your camera is not ON for the entire duration of the class, we are not permitted to give you CE hours.
The State of Florida requires all licensed Real Estate Sales Associates to complete the 45-hour post-license education course within 24 months of receiving their sales associate license. Failure to comply will result in their real estate license becoming null and void. Don’t put your license at risk.

Exam: 100 Questions, 75% passing score. Exam will be done electronically from home on last day of class.
Attendance: Per FREC rules and regulations you Must be in attendance all 5 days of class. No exceptions.
Camera must be on for virtual attendees – You will be disqualified if you fail to comply with below requirements
You must be attending from your Office or Home Office.
You are not allowed to be shopping during the class
You are not allowed to be driving or in a Car during class
You Must be on Camera (Video ON) for the entire class, Photo not allowed – Make sure your camera is working!

All real estate licensees are required by Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) rules to complete a 45 Hour Post License Course prior to their first license expiring.
