PLEASE NOTE: Anyone attending this class should have either previously attended the
Matrix 101 – Introduction to Matrix class OR be proficient in searching properties on Matrix.

This course will show members how to customize the Matrix home page widgets including the Hot Sheets and the Market Watch along with other Tips and Tricks.

Increase your customer engagement by creating a branded and personalized search experience using  Automatic Emails & the Client Portal. This class will give you the tools to set-up contacts, create custom searches, and connect the two via the Portal. Branding, and managing your Portal is also discussed maximizing the benefits of using this important tool.

Pricing properties is a crucial component of a REALTORs job. Using Matrix Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) Wizard you can access MLS data to add comparable properties, make adjustments and customize the CMA report from start to finish to create a thorough CMA for your customer.
