As the real estate market has shifted, investors are also shifting more toward buying properties via non-traditional means. The goal of creative financing is generally to purchase, or finance a property, with the buyer/investor using as little of his own money as possible, otherwise known as leveraging. Sellers who are over leveraged or who are not able to find conventional buyers are also now more open to non-traditional means of selling their property.
