All classes are Wednesdays from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
This series will teach you to confidently use and communicate the Time Value of Money (TVM) a crucial financial concept in order to help you maximize the profits of the real estate investors you work with and to close more transactions.  We will explore this concept along with key formulas for commercial real estate investment performance metrics such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Cap Rate and Net Present Value (NPV)  among others.  We will also integrate many of the commercial tools available to you as a member such as Realdax, RPR Commercial’s Valuate and CREOP and include real life examples illustrating how to better counsel your investors and provide you an important competitive edge when transacting commercial real estate.
  • Part One September 22nd explains TVM and its application with key metrics such as PV, FV, Cap Rates, and IRR used in MIAMI’s Realdax product for investment analytics
  • Part Two October 20th delves into more key financial metrics used in RPR Commercial’s Valuate product a tool included in your membership
  • Part Three November 17th will conclude with key financial metrics used to present a professional Offering Memorandum with CREOP another MIAMI product
