(WB) MLS Matrix X 101 & 201

This class is a combination of Matrix X 101 and Matrix X 201

In this class, you will learn:

• Introduction to MIAMI Gateway and how to access your dashboard, how to login to Matrix and where to add/edit listings
• Matrix home page, widgets, speed bar and help tab including locations of area on maps and reveres prospecting 
• My Matrix information tab, all other tabs, My Matrix settings and OneHome client portal 
• Basics of a searches, saved searches, favorite searches, email search, map search (draw and exclude) and print reports 
• Question and Answer when time available 
• Set-up Market Watch 
• Use the Contact Manager: Add – Import/Export contacts
• Search and use the map layers, auto emails, Reverse Prospecting, and Customizing result grids including saving, deleting, and setting as a default 
• Review where to find searches, auto emails, recent searches, contacts, and More
