In addition to the workbook everyone will receive a working copy of a policy manual in WORD FORMAT that is completely customizable for their office and personal use.

• Understand the importance and need of a office policy manual 
• What NAR says a policy manual should do 
• How to use this workbook in creating their own policy manual 
• Understand what a policy manual should contain
• Understand how to use a policy manual properly
• Understand how to use the separate “WORD” template provide for their policy manual 
• Understand and have the tools necessary to create their own policy manual
