This course is approved for 3 HRS of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we can not issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. In order to receive credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class. Sign-in and Sign-out is required for this class to receive full credit.
A refresher “must” for Real Estate professionals! Nearly every aspect of a Realtors® day involves communication. Conversations with buyers, sellers, brokers, and other agents are at the core of Realtors® interactions.
Poor communication with contacts could mean a longer sales cycle, tension with customers and colleagues, and possibly the loss of a contract. This course provides students with the ability to not only learn, but to practice techniques that are research based and field tested. The material has been designed for fostering enhanced interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Realtor® experience. Highly relevant for agents at all stages in their career!
Objectives: To help students develop the most professional and effective business style possible by fine-tuning how they communicate with others in their roles as Realtors®. This seminar uses interactive, hands-on, and realistic scenarios and techniques to engage participants in a “learn by doing” environment.
