Hugh Kelly is highly experienced professional in the real estate industry, holding a PhD in Urban Economics and heading his own consulting practice, Hugh F. Kelly Real Estate Economics. He has served as a Special Advisor to Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute and as Chair of its Curriculum Committee, and has taught as a Clinical Professor in New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate for 32 years. Hugh is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, has published over 300 articles, and has written the ULI/PwC publication, Emerging Trends in Real Estate for the past four years. He has contributed to successful projects such as the East Brooklyn Congregation’s ” Nehemiah Program” and the site selection study for the Saturn automobile plant. Hugh has received recognition for his work, including the Bruss “Gold Award” for his book “24-Hour Cities: Performance Beyond Promises”, and is committed to pro bono work, serving on the board of corporate entities responsible for the Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn’s physical assets.
