The 3-hour workshop presents why Zoning presents why Zoning is a key element in all (CRE) Commercial Real Estate transaction, no matter the size and scope. Understanding zoning as it relates to commercial property is essential for commercial real estate investors and developers. The workshop, presented with a detailed, visual presentation, instructor’s life experiences, Case Studies, samples, will introduce the Commercial Agent with the various sections of Land Use and Zoning in Real Estate. The CRE Agents will be lectured on the many areas of Zoning enabling the workshop attendee, to understand the basics of Zoning and how it comes into play with a CRE transaction, Vacant Land, Land Development, Commercial Leases, Businesses, among others.
