“Hey! That’s my client!” Have you ever uttered those words? Or worse, heard them said to you? This class takes an in depth look at “procuring cause”, including identifying factors considered by hearing panels in procuring cause disputes & what steps real estate agents can take to prevent procuring cause complaints.

This class also examines the concepts established in the Articles of the Code of Ethics & critical elements of due process as they relate to Code of Ethics enforcement; and meets the 3-hour “Business Ethics” requirement for DBPR’s your continuing education.
