Lately it seems the Real Estate market is a living, breathing example of the “survival of the fittest”. Now more than ever, it is crucial to have financial expertise and to understand how to bring the absolute most value possible to clients.
This course will put participants on the fast track to knowing how to increase their customer’s buying power, provide necessary finance suggestions, and move those hard to sell houses. Realtors® enrolled in this workshop will find themselves engaged and intrigued by this fast paced, entertaining information session. Realtors® who want to not only survive, but thrive, must adapt financially to today’s market. This is the course to show them how!
Objectives: In addition to the skills listed above, upon completion students will be able to: have more homes for their buyer to look at, have more buyers for their sellers, increase their market place with new customers, protect customers from predatory lenders, prove to buyers and sellers that they are the agent to do business with, provide “no down payment” loans to all customers and eliminate PMI without 20% down.
