Effective on March 20th the Condominium Rider was revised. At first blush the revisions appear to be relatively harmless; however, there are several major areas of concern that will affect your transactions. In this class you will learn the following and more:

· Which condominium buildings are subject to these revisions

· What a milestone inspection report is and the deadline it must be completed by

· What a structural integrity reserve study is

· Why many association’s assessments will increase significantly
