This is a two-hour interactive class, in which the instructor and participants will discuss the value of a business plan, what goes into it and write a business plan.  It is aimed for all real estate agents.  It is the information that you need to attract people, money, and clients but it needs to be written.  It helps you to describe your product or service, your market and your potential clients.  Going through the Business Plan process reveals to you the strengths and weaknesses of your idea and how to improve it.  It gives your the confidence to sell your idea to others.

  • Prepare a mission statement

  • Goals:  From Annual Income, clients, listings, etc. to monthly goals
